I’m the CEO of Dental Blueprint, and I started my career in dentistry in 2016 as a dental assistant with no plans of staying long—but here I am 10 years later.

Over time, I worked my way into the administrative side of dentistry, specializing in insurance, billing, credentialing, and treatment planning. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what truly keeps a practice running behind the scenes.

Today, I use that knowledge to help dental offices operate more efficiently, stay organized, and grow with confidence. With an outgoing personality and a results-driven mindset, I’m known for turning challenges into clear, actionable systems.

I’m the CFO of Dental Blueprint, bringing over 8 years of experience in financial management, business operations, and client relations. While my background isn’t directly in dentistry, my passion has always been helping businesses grow through strong financial structure, organization, and strategic planning.

Over the years, I’ve developed experience in budgeting, financial coordination, and managing the day-to-day operational needs that help businesses run smoothly and efficiently. I understand the importance of building a strong foundation behind the scenes so teams can focus on delivering exceptional service to their clients and patients.

Betsy Rodriguez is one of the founders of Dental Blueprint, a hands on dental practice launch and optimization company built by dental professionals who understand the industry from the inside out. With nearly 20 years of experience in dental assisting, office management, regional operations, and practice development, she brings leadership, real world knowledge, and passion to every project.

Holding a degree in Science, Betsy specializes in practice launches, workflow development, compliance, credentialing, vendor coordination, and operational systems that help practices grow successfully. Beyond her professional experience, she is a dedicated mother of three who values hard work, growth, and building meaningful relationships. She enjoys reading, problem solving, and finding creative solutions that help turn ideas into reality.
